One Ten Hampden Apartments
consist of nine self-contained apartments.
Located in historic Battery Point and in operation since December 2016,
All apartments are designed for short-stay guests and we welcome
everyone from across the globe.
We are a small, local family business and we are proud and so privileged to be
able to share our property with you.
We don't operate as a usual large scale hotel, therefore we don't
have a physical presence 24/7.
However, we are always available to answer any of your enquiries you may have
either before, during or after your stay.
Our facilities are clean and modern with attention to detail
and they showcase artwork by local Hobart Artists.
Most apartments offer stunning views of the city, Battery Point, Derwent River and neighbouring gardens.
All apartments are accessible by external stairs and private entrances to each apartment.
To be expected, the higher level apartments offer the better view however all of our apartments are equally lovely with no two the same.
You choose the apartment that you feel would best suit your needs so you
know exactly what to expect when you stay with us.
Three of our apartments have 2-bedrooms with the remaining six apartments consisting
of 1-bedroom each (some with a separate study/dressing room).
Our 1-bedroom apartments are suitable for one to two guests with our
2-bedrooms perfect for up to four guests.
All beds are to an Australian Queen Size standard.
One Ten Hampden provides complimentary Wifi, a flat-screen Smart TV, all linen and
towels with each apartment having it's own private bathroom with
walk-in shower, toilet and a hairdryer for your use.
All apartments are fully air-conditioned to make your stay comfortable all year round.
They each have a fully equipped modern kitchen with European appliances throughout,
including utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine,
a kettle, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a washing machine.
Enjoy our complimentary amenities boxes to help you settle in with organic and
'Fair Trade' teas, coffees, sugar and milk plus a complimentary toiletries box
with divine scents and notes of Australia.
We also provide you with a laundry/kitchen box.
Major supermarkets are located in Sandy Bay and are just
1km away or a quick 3 minute drive.
With only a 5 minute stroll to iconic Salamanca Market, 7 minutes to the infamous Constitution Dock
and the MONA Ferry Terminal, you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants,
cafes, local bakeries, convenience stores and bars.
